The Dexcom Follow app is part of the Dexcom G5 Mobile Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System, the first and only fully mobile CGM system with CE Mark approval to help your loved one better manage their glucose.

You will be able to monitor the glucose levels, trends and data of your spouse, child, grandparent or other loved ones. Customizable alarms and notifications will alert you to falling or rising glucose levels so that you can quickly take action.
