Moja mBanka ja najsavremenija aplikacija Raiffeisen banke u domenu mobilnog bankarstva. Omogućava Vam da brzo i jednostavno, putem Vašeg mobilnog telefona, u bilo koje vreme, pristupite Vašim računima i izvršite plaćanje bez obzira gde se nalazite. Aplikaciju mogu koristiti fizička lica, mala preduzeća i preduzetnici.
Korisnicima su dostupne brojne mogućnosti od kojih se trenutno najviše koriste:
- Pregled stanja po svim računima, karticama i kreditima
- Plaćanje i prenos novca
- Menjačnica – kupovina i prodaja valuta
- Primaoci plaćanja – sačuvani detalji naloga za lakše i brže plaćanje
- Lokacije na mapi sa informacijama o adresi i radnom vremenu filijala i bankomata
- Mobilni KEŠ – slanje novca bilo kome u obliku slike sa QR kodom kroz omiljeni način za slanje poruka (Viber, SMS, Messenger, itd)

KAKO POSTATI KORISNIK
Fizička lica koja su postojeći korisnici elektronskog bankarstva Raiffeisen banke mogu postati korisnici mobilnog bankarstva aktivacijom na samom telefonu, putem korisničkog imena i lozinke.
Fizička lica koja nisu korisnici elektronskog bankarstva, mogu to postati uz pomoć SMS aktivacionog koda, koji je dostupan pozivom Kontakt centra ili u filijali.
Mala preduzeća i preduzetnici mogu postati korisnici podnošenjem Zahteva za korišćenje mobilnog i telefonskog bankarstva u ekspozituri Raiffeisen banke a.d. Beograd.

Moja mBanka is Raiffeisen’s most advanced mobile banking app to date. It enables you to access your accounts and execute payments quickly and easily with your mobile phone, no matter where you are.
The application may be used by private individuals, small enterprises and entrepreneurs.
Users can enjoy many features, some of the most used ones being:
- Information on the balance on accounts, cards and loans
- Payments and account money transfers
- Currency exchange – converting currencies
- Saving the account details of your most frequent recipients for easier and faster payments
- Locations and working hours of the closest branch offices, ATMs and working hours
- Mobilni KEŠ – sending money with the use of PIN or QR code via the channel of your preference (Viber, SMS, Messenger, etc.)
- Inbox for easier and faster communication with the bank
- Intuitive menu that changes with the menu
- Introduced User Profiles which enable users to manage their personal data directly from the mobile device
Small enterprises and entrepreneurs who are clients of the bank have at their disposal at any time:
- Information on the balance and movements on their dinar and FX accounts, as well as on their payment card accounts
- Domestic payment transactions in dinars

HOW TO BECOME A USER
Private individuals who are already users of electronic banking provided by Raiffeisen banka can activate the app on their mobile phone using only a username and password.
Those individuals who are not yet users of electronic banking can become users by requesting an SMS code by calling our Contact Center or in any branch office of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.
Small enterprises and entrepreneurs can become users by submitting a request for using mobile and telephone banking in any branch office of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.
