    1.Smart Sheet
    -The collected data can now be associated with smart sheets. Smart sheets can group and display data by "Department" and automatically generate statistical charts in the dashboard for better data visualization.

    2.Chat and Basic Experience
    -In the @Me group, you can now set preferences to include or exclude unread messages for all members, making it easier to sort and view unread messages.
    -You can now clean up resource files and other companies' chat history in the "Storage Space" section to have more available space on your device.

    -The "Global Search - Chat History" feature now includes filters for three message types: text, articles, and group announcements, making it more efficient to find historical messages.

    -Attendance recorders now allow for quick creation of punch rules, simplifying the configuration process.

    -Approval templates can now be configured with custom print formats, offering greater flexibility in template management.
    -Electronic signatures of approvers can now be included in the exported approval documents, ensuring complete information retention.

    1.Customer Group
    -You can now set "Restrict group members from adding each other as contacts" for external groups to prevent customers from being added by other companies, thus avoiding the loss of customer resources. This option can be set for individual groups or configured in batches using group templates.

    2.Optimized Basic Experience
    -You can now receive and view notes from WeChat, and forward them to WeChat clients, sharing product introductions, promotional activities, and service information.
    -The maximum size for sent and received file messages is increased to 1 GB, with download availability extended to 14 days.
    -The time limit for recalling file messages is extended to 3 hours.

    Cross-Border Communication and Overseas User Experience
    -Overseas colleagues can now view the Chinese names of their Chinese counterparts using Pinyin for easier contact.
    -When creating events or scheduling meetings, you can see the local time of colleagues in different time zones for better cross-time zone collaboration.

    - New templates are added for project management, work planning, sales & operations, and other useful applications. Popular templates are provided with usage instructions to help you and your team members start collaborating using the templates.
    - After saving a smart sheet as a template, you can enable a sharing link and send it to a group chat or put it into a document to share the template with internal and external members conveniently.

    Sheet
    - The "protection range" permission rules are automatically retained for the copies of spreadsheets generated by document admins, eliminating the need for repeated configuration.

    2. Basic Chat Experience
    - In the "@Me" group, you can view historical @mentions easily.
    - Select "From Mobile Album" when sending images via Chats, Mails, or Docs on the desktop for easier cross-device sharing.
    - When you create a group chat, existing groups with the selected members will be recommended, reducing the need to create duplicate groups and keeping your chat list more organized.
    - Writing and translating messages simultaneously is supported, facilitating communication with colleagues abroad.
    - "App Notifications" offers a "Mute" mode, showing a red dot instead of unread counts.

    - During voice calls, the currently used headset is displayed, and you can switch to another device.

    - Punch approval is supported. If a member cannot punch due to inaccurate location data, they can submit a request by taking a photo, which will become effective upon approval.
    - Members can view attendance recorder punch records on their phones.
    - Members can enroll facial and fingerprint data on attendance recorders via their phones.

    Sheet
    - Data can be referenced across files. You can use the IMPORTRANGE function to reference data from other sheets. The referenced data updates in real time and can be used for other calculations. This can be used in annual analysis and reports to collect and analyze data from multiple sheets.
    - Hundreds of math and statistical functions such as XLOOKUP and UNIQUE are added to meet the calculation needs of various industries. Dynamic arrays are also supported to make analysis easier, where one formula can be used to calculate results in multiple cells.

    1.Customer Acquisition Assistant
    - Customers can add members by clicking a link without the need to scan a QR code. This helps improve online customer conversion.
