    • This is a major update that incorporates all the new sports-related features of iOS 18:

    - 4 new distance types: Rowing distance, Cross-Country skiing distance, Skating distance, Rowing sport distance
    - 3 new speed types: Rowing speed, Paddle sports speed, and Cross-Country skiing speed
    - New split times for specific sports: /500m for rowing, 5km(miles) for cycling, /100m(yards) for open water swimming
    - Effort score: The TSB model can be based on either heart rate data (as before) or estimated effort. There is an action on the Fitness row under the Statistics tab or a menu in the Fitness screen to switch between stress score and heart rate (provided you have at least one exercise with an effort score).
    - Effort score is exported to .FIT files (Garmin, Intervals.icu, Runalyze supports it. Maybe others, I haven't checked.)
    - Support for custom workouts for pool swimming
    - New screen for actions on an exercise under the Exercises tab.
    - Add exercises to iOS calendar with deep link to the exercise in HealthFit

    • This update will rebuild the local cache and will ask for new permissions for reading new Apple Health data.
