    The new version allows subscribers of the Jordan Electric Power Company to:

    - Add subscriptions related to the time of Use tariff (industrial, agricultural, etc.) and time-based tariffs.
    - Enables monitoring of consumption for these bills, viewing the bills.
    - Tracking historical data for these subscriptions by following consumption quantities and bill amounts. This can be shown through charts and graphs,
    - Use of a consumption calculator to predict consumption amounts based on entered consumption values.
    - A set of important links has been added, allowing subscribers to access various electronic services on the company's website and portal.

    The JEPCO application presents the following new functionalities:

    Inside menu:

    - My profile: the customer can update their own profile to allow JEPCO to better serve them.

    - Manage multiple customer sub-accounts/subscriptions.

    - Unsent Self-Readings: The customer can take the readings and save it if there is no or bad Internet signal, later on the customer can submit the readings manually, when the internet is available (within two (2) hours) by pressing the sending button.

    - Meter Self-Read Archive: The customer can view up to three (3) previous months/reads images (pervious three (3) months meter pictures and last three (3) readings) of his Meter Self- reading (if the customer used the Meter Self-reading feature in the app)

    - Complaints Record: Show all the previous complaints.

    - Payments Record: This feature only shows the successful payment via the JEPCO mobile application.



    Portal Screen:

    - Default meter alias name

    - Default meter statistical information, such as:

    . Unpaid Bills,

    . Last Net Consumptions,

    . Next Meter Reading (date)

    . Others….

    - Dashboards:

    . Consumption Quantity (KWH)

    . Bills Average (JOD)

    - New Connection Req.: Customer can apply for new connection request using this service


    - Bottom Menu:

    . Contact us.

    . Notifications: Displays all notifications for registered sub-accounts/subscriptions.

    - Favorite services: which include four (4) main services

    - Services: Include a menu with all services.

    - Account Statement, this feature is useful for the customer as it can:

    . Choose the required sub-account or subscription

    . Display all the due bills/invoices and total receivable balance

    . The customer can use this feature only in JEPCO branches, by displaying the barcode of the account statement (to go directly to the cashier):

    § To pay a bill/invoice by pressing on the "single" bill/invoice, which shows the barcode that the JEPCO cashier can read.

    § Can pay all outstanding bills/invoices by pressing the barcode icon next to the total bills/invoices, which show the barcode that the JEPCO cashier can read.

    . Through this service you can pay your bill from the application with integration with payment provider such as E-Fawateercom (this currently enables for all customers with bank account)

    - Bills: This function allows the customer to:

    . Choose the required sub-account or subscription

    . “Refresh” to get last status

    . Get bill/invoice details by clicking on the bill/invoice

    . Use bill/invoice presentment (in the top of details page)

    . Through this service you can pay your bill from the application with integration with payment provider such as E-Fawateercom (this currently enables for all customers with bank account)

    The JEPCO application presents the following new functionalities:

    Inside menu:

    - My profile: the customer can update their own profile to allow JEPCO to better serve them.

    - Manage multiple customer sub-accounts/subscriptions.

    - Unsent Self-Readings: The customer can take the readings and save it if there is no or bad Internet signal, later on the customer can submit the readings manually, when the internet is available (within two (2) hours) by pressing the sending button.

    - Meter Self-Read Archive: The customer can view up to three (3) previous months/reads images (pervious three (3) months meter pictures and last three (3) readings) of his Meter Self- reading (if the customer used the Meter Self-reading feature in the app)

    - Complaints Record: Show all the previous complaints.

    - Payments Record: This feature only shows the successful payment via the JEPCO mobile application.



    Portal Screen:

    - Default meter alias name

    - Default meter statistical information, such as:

    . Unpaid Bills,

    . Last Net Consumptions,

    . Next Meter Reading (date)

    . Others….

    - Dashboards:

    . Consumption Quantity (KWH)

    . Bills Average (JOD)

    - New Connection Req.: Customer can apply for new connection request using this service


    - Bottom Menu:

    . Contact us.

    . Notifications: Displays all notifications for registered sub-accounts/subscriptions.

    - Favorite services: which include four (4) main services

    - Services: Include a menu with all services.


    Services Menu:

    - Account Statement, this feature is useful for the customer as it can:

    . Choose the required sub-account or subscription

    . Display all the due bills/invoices and total receivable balance

    . The customer can use this feature only in JEPCO branches, by displaying the barcode of the account statement (to go directly to the cashier):

    § To pay a bill/invoice by pressing on the "single" bill/invoice, which shows the barcode that the JEPCO cashier can read.

    § Can pay all outstanding bills/invoices by pressing the barcode icon next to the total bills/invoices, which show the barcode that the JEPCO cashier can read.

    . Through this service you can pay your bill from the application with integration with payment provider such as E-Fawateercom (this currently enables for all customers with bank account)

    - Bills: This function allows the customer to:

    . Choose the required sub-account or subscription

    . “Refresh” to get last status

    . Get bill/invoice details by clicking on the bill/invoice

    . Use bill/invoice presentment (in the top of details page)

    . Through this service you can pay your bill from the application with integration with payment provider such as E-Fawateercom (this currently enables for all customers with bank account)

    - Consumption Calculation, which allows the customer to:

    . Use the consumption calculator (for simulations)

    . Use to "Calculate" for the current (assuming that the consumption is for a month and calculated on the latest tariff)

    . This can demonstrate to the customer the following features:

    § Meter ready to be read

    § Meter already read in authorized period

    § What is the next date of meter reading.

    . Allows the customer to take, submit a photos and enter the readings of his meters (for the meters ready to be read and for multi meters in one round), in order to allow JEPCO issue a new Invoices/bills accordingly

    - Complaint: This service is used to submit a new complain related to JEPCO Customers, for any issue in services or assets related to JEPCO (which could affect the JEPCO services or electricity power services)
