Time is of the essence in live situations and things can change quickly, so we have created a lot of shortcuts in our coding to save you time.


SPLIT VIEW MODE (for all ipads and most iphones in landscape view).
Split View is perfect to view & edit your rundown, whilst clearly displaying the timer. Quickly & easily edit and update your rundown by re-ordering rows, adding new items or deleting rows with one quick swipe left, all whilst still counting out timers.

TIMERS
Unlimited Timers, to countup or countdown simultaneously.
Send a time from the rundown to the timer by pressing the right chevron on the rundown row. This is now the active row and will change to red. It is now displayed in the timer For safety, this active Row, or any other row with a timer running, are now locked, and cannot be moved or deleted.

Whilst you countdown your item, we have included a small timer to count up. This enables you to also count to various hit marks, like Supers/Lower 3rds, graphics, upsots, voiceovers etc. Various coloured rows will keep you guided. Red row is your current timer that you are viewing, lighter red are the rows that have timers running, tan is the row you have just selected (to edit, move, delete or transfer to commence timing) and blue is the On Air Timer.

ON AIR COUNTDOWN
Simply enter your On Air time in 24hr format and click Save. It will automatically countdown to this time. (Note: Reads your device's time. Sometimes you will need to adjust your device, to match the clock check with your network Presentation. This can be adjusted through Apple Settings. Please see my website for details.

OFF AIR CALCULATION
Once you enter your on air time, you can select to automatically calculate the Off Air Times and Adjust each items TX Start times. So if you were to go on air say 45 secs later than scheduled in your rundown, you enter the new on air time and select the switch to automatically calculate, then press save. It will then change your TX start time for each item to reflect your new on air time. It will then calculate your new off air time. If you make changes during the show, you can go back into this section to recalculate with your new timings.
Off Air time Calculated, is your actual off air time and is calculated after you have gone to air.

ROLL ON MODE
If Roll On slider is on, when the current timer has reached zero, it will automatically continue timing the next item in the rundown. This will continue to the end of your rundown, or until an item has this selected to off. Switchable at anytime.

REHEARSAL & SEGMENT TIMINGS
Set the on air time to your rehearsal time to calculate the overall duration, then change back when you go to air.
Segments - Slide the button to stopwatch mode to count up and press start

Quick Save Timing feature, handy for Producers.
During timing press 'Save' button when your reach certain hitmarks.
This automatically saves the current timing to the end of the rundown, where you edit the description , whilst timer continues.

Whilst in TX Mode, the corresponding row in the rundown will become locked. You cannot delete or re-order this row.
Nor can you send another time to timer. This is to prevent accidentally deleting the timer whilst counting down in live situations.
You will need to first stop the current TX timer and then make adjustments.

ROLL ON MODE
Roll On mode is our new feature. Once the current timer has reached zero, it will then automatically continue timing the next item in the rundown. This can continue as long as you like, for the whole rundown, or just certain items. Saves time continuously hitting start for items back to back. Can select at anytime, either before you start or during the middle of a timing. Simple to turn on and off, with just the slide of a switch.

After each take press 'Save' button.
This will automatically save the time to the rundown list.
Edit this saved time with a shot description.
Instantly see at a glance Master Shot durations for different scenes, to help with calculating overall durations.

Record times on the run with our quick save feature. Ideal for timing rehearsals. Places the saved times at the bottom of your rundown, just edit and add a description later and reorder if required.

Time is of the essence in live situations, so we have entered a lot of shortcuts in our coding to make entering times very quick. There are no dials, just touch the time area and enter new time. No need to enter 2 numbers either, for eg. 05 for 5 secs. Just enter 5 and it will automatically add the 0.

Great to view or update rundown on your left side, whilst keeping an eye on the timer duration.

Whilst in TX Mode, the other timings are locked to prevent accidentally overwriting the original timer. You will need to first stop the original timer then select your new row to send to TX Timer Screen.

A colour change in the text will alert you when timer reaches 30secs (blue) and then 15secs (red).

Rundown is automatically saved. So will remain there until you delete it. Even if you turn off your device.
