Screen capture

To enable screen capture for NDI:
1) Open the "Settings" app
2) Choose "Control Center" and then "Customize Controls"
3) Under "More Controls" add "Screen Recording"
4) Swipe to access Control Center (either from top-right of screen or bottom of screen).
5) Hold down the record button and choose NDI from the menu
6) When finished recording tap the red button at the top of the screen
