    New Features

    - New Training Plans: Push Pull, Upper Lower, and FBW plans that automatically calculate the appropriate weights based on the RIR/RPE or 1RM index.
    - RIR/RPE Calculator: Quickly calculate the weight you can lift for different combinations of weight and number of repetitions. Enter your data and see what load you can lift for various combinations of these parameters.
    - Load Suggestions: This feature calculates the weight you can lift based on the results of your previous workout. Simply input the number of repetitions and RIR/RPE rating, and the app will estimate the appropriate weight.
    - Workout Updates Based on Last Session: If your last workout differed from the plan, you can now choose to create a new workout based on the previous session or stick to the original plan. This ensures your next training day is adjusted to your current progress and needs.
    - Manual Approval of Sets: We've added the option to manually approve sets. Previously, the app automatically approved the end of a set, but now you can disable this option in the customization settings. This gives you full control over your breaks between sets.
