    Fixed the time out screen so it lasts two minutes before timing out on older Apple Watches, and removed a bug that made the app reset after one rotation on newer Apple Watches. The result screen is also changed - score is removed and heart-rate added, for clarity.

    应用描述

    Hertz. is an application that coaches you to stimulate your vagus nerve, reducing anxiety, putting you at ease. It also provides biofeedback to increase your conscious control over your anxiety.

    It consists of a focused breathing exercise. A red dot sweeps a dial of ticks. As the dot passes over blue ticks, you breath in, as it passes red ticks you breath out. Your heart rate variability changes the speed of the dot, this feedback will over time allow you to have greater conscious control over your state of anxiety.

    Hertz. connects uses the HealthKit functionality of iOS to obtain the physiological data needed for biofeedback, if you decline to share data with the app it still functions but with emulated feedback.

    Updates include:

    * Instructions! (swipe up to read the instructions, swipe down to dismiss).
    * The number of revolutions and the speed can be adjusted from the home screen (9 is the default for revolutions, which at the default speed of 3 takes around 3 minutes).
    * Updated colours for greater clarity.
    * A score is given after practice, reflecting how much your vagus was activated.
    * The screen is now kept alive by periodically nudging the digital crown during practice.
