Fixed bugs on new functionality

Using (rating - par) in course handicap set to default as per new CONGU rules for 2024. New option on next round screen to see what affect different scores would have on your handicap.

Fixed significant bug for new users of the app.

Version 3.0 includes:
- Clicking on the Differentials title on the last 20 bar chart screen shows how the handicap calculation has been made. This works for less than 20 scores and for 20 score scenarios.
- The course name can be edited and this will change the course name for all scores from that course. This is good if a course name has been mis-spelt or as in the case of my course if it has been rerated and the old rating needs to be archived i.e. changing "coursename" to "old coursename" and adding a new course with the new slope and rating.
- On each individual score from the edit score page the low handicap index can be changed. This is then the low handicap index that will be used for the handicap index calculation where that score is the last score.
- The link to the R&A website to retrieve the slope and rating of a course has been fixed.

Bug Fixes and brought up to date with iOS 16

Bug with hard cap fixed. Crash when setting up from scratch with no courses defined and when viewing graph with less than 8 scores fixed.

- Minor updates for iOS 15
- changed graph so that colours matched the colours on the score bar chart
- fixed an issue with the rounding os scores using the soft cap

Fixed an issue where showing the graph with less than 20 scores would cause the app to crash

Adjusted the writing on the graph to make it usable on different screens

Improved the filtering and the list functionality
Fixed some bugs which were causing the app to crash

- Added interactive chart going back through all scores
- corrected playing condition calculation
- tidied up dark mode screens
