+ Added "Inch" field to the Distance-Altitude page.
+ Added Fuel Type field to simplify selection of fuel density constants.
+ Added option for clearing all values entered on a given page. Just press and keep pressed the CLR button for a couple of seconds. This will change the "scratchpad" to "CLR ALL". Select any editable field to clear all data.
- Splited Altitude conversion page into Airspeed and Distance-Altitude pages.
- Distance-Altitude convert page: linked values from Distance fields to Altitude fields.
- Updated icons for Retina display.

Fixes:
* Fixed bug that prevented negative temperatures insertion in some localized iPhones.
* Sunrise-Sunset: Fixed error in time to next twilght calculations
