Various bugfixes

- Added parameter ranges to the Parameter Test and the Parameter Info view. By pressing Set Value, you can select a range or value.
- When running the Address Test on a fixture with Matrix pixels, the first cell will be green and the last will be red.
- Prevent sleep when running a test.
- Bug fix: Program pre-configured ELC dmXLAN switchGBx 10/18 from .dxl file.
- Bug fix: Set a Matrix pixels cell value.

- The notes from dmXLAN are now saved and shown in the Address Test tab.
- When you long press on the flag in the address test view, you can fill in a custom note.
- When not connected to dmXLAN, the 'Download New Fixture Library' button allows you to download the latest Fixture Library from the web.
- Reload Nodes by dragging the Node List down.
- Now there is a RDM button In the Address Test tab: When a tested fixture is patched on a universe which is found on an ELC node port, and RDM button will appear. Pressing that will try to find the corresponding RDM Device. When found, the RDM button will show a checkmark and you can press it to go directly to its properties.
- When you have selected a RDM Device and there is a corresponding Fixture found, it will show you when the mode is not correct.
- Added link icon in the RDM Device List for RDM Devices which are linked to a Patched Fixture
- Added the option to show the linked devices at the bottom so you can be faster with reordering

Added Output settings:
- sACN Priority
- Prefer ELC Take Over: When a universe is detected on the present ELC nodes, no sACN or Art-Net will be sent but the ELC Take over commands will be sent as dmXLAN does when controlling a fixture.

- Fixtures with a note in the .dxl file will be marked flagged.
- Cellular data now can be used simultaneous with Wi-Fi. There is no need to manual set a router, DNS server and search field anymore. There is a Wi-Fi indicator to verify you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.
- When a .dxl file is loaded, you now can program the ELC lighting nodes with the settings of that file. When available, press the “Program” button at the top right corner when in the port list of that node.

- Fixed bug with fixtures causing to hide the parameters after the matrix pixels.

- Fixed some crashes
- Fixed setting of RDM Identify when using the "Previous" button when reordering RDM devices
- Fixed testing fixtures with over 255 parameters
