Start button appears on app launch if last used settings permit

Added labels for selectors.

- Increased contrast between background and text for easier reading in bright conditions
- Users can triple-tap screen to inverse display colors
- Picker retains previously used settings when the timer is cancelled, when the timer expires and when you launch the App.

- Fixed issue where calculated time was inaccurate if a fractional (6 2/3, 8 2/3, etc.) filter was chosen in the right hand selector wheel.
- Fixed misalignment of the "+" between filter selections.

Fixed bug where if notifications were turned off the app crashed

Completely overhauled the UI for a simpler and more streamlined user experience

Improvements:
- Reordered picker wheel, timer and start buttons for ease of use.
- "Stack Filter" option has been incorporated into the picker wheel, making it easier (and faster) to choose and preview your shutter/filter + filter selections.
- Timer may be adjusted in 1/2 stop increments up to 3 stops by swiping right on displayed time. Double tapping displayed time will remove adjustments.(This is particularly useful for those of you who are shooting film and need to adjust for reciprocity).
- Text prompts are displayed when timer ends or is cancelled.

Fixed the following issues:
- stopped timer from running into negative when ignoring notification when app is closed
- found a cancel button that went missing. sorry folks, a big oversight on the last update :(
