Bugfix against playing illegal trumpcards

Bugfix and new icons for all iOS-devices

Fixed a bug where, after an 'undo', the cards could go to the wrong player

Version 0.99.52 shows debug-data inside the Hi-Scores window, 0.99.53 fixes that.

- Added an option to highlight the card with the highest value
- Fixed a bug where the App failed to recognize a situation in which it could go for 20 bonuspoints

De 'Info'-knop zit nu in de menubalk.
Soms werden de bonuskaarten aan het eind verkeerd getoond.
Werkt nu ook op iPad en iPhone5.
Klikken op de troefstapel kort na het starten van de App leverde wat problemen op.
