There are 2 main Profiles (Tariff Plans) for individuals:
Trial: This profile is granted after self-onboarding and allows transactions limited to GNF 50,000 with a limited number of
transactions over a certain period.
Basic: This profile is obtained after providing legal documents.
For now, Individuals need to submit the following legal documents to enjoy the Kulu App: National ID and Passport.

FOR AGENTS

Anyone who has successfully submitted their legal documents can become Kulu Agents.
Kulu Agents get commission while performing transactions below.
- Cash-In: Deposit money into Individuals’ Kulu Wallet
- Cash out: Withdraw Money for Individuals
These 2 transactions can be done by using their phone number, their wallet number or by scanning their QR code.
Kulu Agent can also get commissions by registering Individuals directly to Basic profile and by converting Individuals with
Trial profile to Basic profile.
Kulu Agents can be easily found through Kulu agents Map.
