[What's New]

[Industrial Age - Technology]
- Research Center can now be upgraded to the Industrial tier.
- Once both the Watchtower and Research Center reach <color=#fb3b3b>Industry Level 3, a brand-new set of unit techs will be unlocked, bringing Survivors a significant boost in combat power!

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

[Capital-related Combat]
- Minimum rally time when initiating a rally-attack on the Capital or Turrets has been reduced from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
- Increased the serious injury rate for Turrets.
- Reduced the area near the Capital where survivors can relocate their shelters.
- In the Lost Lands, troop march speed will be decreased.
- Adjusted the Watchtower durability reduction mechanics in the Lost Lands: When attacking a non-allied Watchtower in Lost Lands, durability will be reduced at 2X the normal rate.

[State of Supremacy]

- During the [State of Supremacy] event, the winning side will receive 2 additional official positions, bringing the total to 10 titles, which will remain active until the following Saturday.
- Official positions earned from [State of Supremacy] and [State Ruler] are of the same category and cannot be stacked.
- The [State of Supremacy] event will not trigger a presidential change. For States 1-40, the President will be determined based on the final ranking of the [Capital Clash] event, scheduled to begin on April 27.
- During Saturday's combat phase, only Survivors from the two States competing for the Capital will be allowed to enter the Lost Lands.

[Red Equipment]
- Once Orange Equipment reaches level 100 and Promotion Level 10, it can be advanced to Red Quality via breakthrough, granting survivors even greater combat power!
- All Orange Equipment in your inventory with a Promotion Level above 10 will be converted to the corresponding level of Red Equipment. Survivors with Equipment at exactly Promotion Level 10 will receive 10 new item DX-Blueprint per equipment piece. Please check your subsequent system mail for compensation rewards.
- Additionally, survivors with a Watchtower Level of 15 or higher will receive 100 Power Cores, while those below Level 15 will receive 50 Power Cores. Please check your system mail later.

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

[State Ruler]
- In the War Phase, participating in capturing the Capital now grants more points, while battles outside the Lost Lands will yield fewer points.
- When attacking Watchtowers in the Lost Lands, you can now earn points regardless of the level difference exceeding three.

[Black Gold Battlefield]
- For the next Black Gold Battlefield event, the starter team size will be adjusted to 30 members, while the number of substitute members remains at 10.
- Future Preview: A Second Legion feature will be introduced in upcoming versions, allowing alliances to form an additional team at different times, accommodating survivors from multiple time zones. This means up to 80 survivors can participate in Black Gold Battlefield! Stay tuned!

[Miscellaneous]
- All 10-point and 100-point Boost Ores in survivor inventories will be automatically converted into 1-point Boost Ores.
- The maximum level for Alliance Gifts has been increased from 50 to 80.
- A new item, Urgent Healing Speed-Up, has been added to the Alliance Shop.
- In the paid packs at the Emergency Center, General Speed-Ups will be replaced with Urgent Healing Speed-Ups, helping survivors recover faster!
- Purchase limits for VIP11, VIP12, and VIP13 gift packs have been reset.

[Alliance Optimization]
- Troops engaged in combat with the Bio-Mutant will no longer be targeted by other survivors.

[Hero Exclusive Weapons]
- The Hero Exclusive Weapon feature is expected to go live on March 25.
- The Hero Exclusive Weapon feature will unlock once the State progresses after a certain period of time.
- Only Orange-Quality Heroes will have exclusive weapons. The exclusive weapon slot unlocks when the Orange hero reaches 2 Stars.
- Each weapon grants additional troop damage, troop health, and enhanced faction counter effects.
- Equipping an exclusive weapon will also unlock a special combat skill for the hero.

[Official Position Application & Reservation System Available]
- Survivors can now apply for official positions. Once approved by the President or Vice President, they will take the position.
- A new position reservation feature allows the President and Vice President to queue survivors for positions, which will be assigned automatically in order.

[Raid Feature (Beta) Optimization]
- The Raid feature will undergo another round of testing, available for States 1-40. Additional availability for more States will be announced later.
- Raid is a unique offensive tactic. By selecting another survivor's Watchtower, you can initiate a Raid.
- Upon choosing Raid, you will engage in forced combat with one of the defending troops inside the targeted Watchtower. The defending team will deploy its maximum allowable troop count—a fair battle!
- Raid cannot be used on Watchtowers that have a level difference of 3 or more compared to yours.
New Features in This Raid Update:
- Raid now causes 20% of attacking units to perish and enter the Emergency Center.
- The Raid feature unlocks when the Watchtower reaches Level 20 and will no longer have a daily usage limit.
- After a successful Raid, it will enter Destroying status directly, which cannot be interrupted.

- Black Gold Battlefield will be added to the Event Calendar.
- Introduced the Peace Shield Log, allowing survivors to track their Peace Shield activation and deactivation status at the Defense Center.

[New Ruby Mines]
- Ruby Mines will now randomly spawn on the world map. Survivors can send troops to mine them and earn Rubies based on the collection duration.

[Alliance]
- A Cancel Button has been added to the rally interface. Alliance Leaders and R4 members can now cancel rallies initiated by alliance members targeting the Capital, Turrets, Armory, or others' Watchtowers.

[Glory War]
- Introduced the Exclude Same State option to matchmaking. When enabled, alliances will not be matched against those from the same State.
- Added the Missile feature. R4 and R5 members can now launch Alliance Missiles at declared-war alliance members, forcing them to relocate.

[Dark Syndicate Truck Optimization]
- Improved unit type selection logic, prioritizing the unit type that maximize overall troop strength when dispatching the truck.

[Other Optimizations]
- A brand-new Growth Pass will be introduced, replacing the old Growth Fund after this update. Survivors who have already unlocked the previous Growth Fund can still claim its rewards as usual.
- The radar interface and effects in Season 2 will be revamped with a desert-themed design.
- Optimized the Revenge; feature in the Arena battle history. Now the button will only be visible when defeated. If you successfully revenge, the button will disappear, while the button will remain after a failed revenge.
- Marching vehicles and route colors have been visually improved.
- When the Watchtower is under attack, the name above its avatar will be hidden.
- Optimized the App Notification Settings, allowing survivors to select which notifications they want to receive.
- Improved the countdown timer display for the Zombie Siege event.

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

「Territory Triumph」
- The territory abandonment cooldown has been reduced from 12 hours to 1 hour.
- The protection period for world cities has been standardized to 12 hours (previously 1-3 days).
- Alliances can now abandon territories under protection.
- The durability of all territory levels has been reduced.

「Heroes」
- Removed faction restrictions on hero equipment.
* Example: Previously, equipment exclusive to Fighter Faction Heroes can now also be equipped by Shooter and Rider Heroes.
- Hero skill attributes now unlock based on star level, with each star upgrade unlocking a new skill attribute.
- New hero skill reset feature: Resetting skills will refund 80% of the skill books used.
- Introduced faction counter damage bonus: If 3 or more heroes of the same faction are deployed in a lineup, they will receive a bonus damage boost against factions being counted or neutral enemies. This feature unlocks at Watchtower Level 20.
- Limited-time exchange event added to the Premium Center, allowing Orange Skill Books to be exchanged for various progression materials.

「Glory War」
- Wait time for reducing the Alliance Center's durability has been reduced from 10 seconds to 2 seconds.
- The durability reduction per attempt has been decreased.
- If the opposing alliance has not placed any Alliance Center at the start of the war phase, the war will end immediately, and the alliance with a placed center will win automatically, receiving a special victory reward.
- Alliance Centers can no longer overlap. If a new Alliance Center placement overlaps with another alliance center's territory tiles, placement will be disabled.

「Allied Power」
- Significantly increased daily task purchase limit.

「Other」
- VIP level cap increased to VIP16. (Note: Exclusive VIP 14-16 packs will be introduced in the near future. For now, these VIP levels will only provide additional attribute bonuses.)
- New VIP10 perk: Resource Aid. Survivors with VIP10 or higher can now send resources to allies by clicking on their Watchtower in the world map.
- New season-exclusive construction queue, which remains active throughout the season. Currently available in States 1-8, 105-120.
- Optimized unit Equalize feature. Unit distribution will now be more balanced when multiple troops are deployed. If the in-shelter unit count significantly exceeds the troop capacity, the Equalize button will no longer be displayed.
- Reduced marching speed in the Lost Land.

[Adjustments & Optimizations]

1.「Alliance Duel」
- A new league system is coming soon!
- In the new league system, the matchmaking range has been expanded. You'll face opponents of more balanced strength! Of course, the rewards will be richer too!

2.「Glory War」
- Reduced the durability recovery rate of the Alliance Centers.
- Decreased the duration allowed to drain Alliance Center's durability from 20 seconds to 10 seconds.
- Survivors who participated in the Glory War and later switched alliances will not be able to reinforce or attack Alliance Centers or season buildings on that day, and will not be eligible for the Glory War rewards again that day.
- When an Alliance Center or season building is fully surrounded by season structures, you cannot launch attacks on it.
- Season buildings cannot be placed during the battle phase.
- Draining season building's durability or demolishing season building will no longer grant Glory Points.

3.「Mutant Mines」Event Time Adjusted (Effective Since Next Week)
- Before: the contest phase occurred on Friday.
- After: the contest phase will occur on Thursday.

4.「Capital Clash」Event Time Adjusted
- Before: The event started at 10:00 AM on Saturday (server time).
- After: The event will start at 10:00 AM on Friday (server time).
- 「Cross-State Capital Clash」 event start time remains unchanged.

5.「State Ruler」
- Removed the [Supreme President] title: After the invader's victory, they will not become the Supreme President of the defending State.
- After the invader's victory, they will gain 2 additional official positions, and the bonuses for official positions will be enhanced.
- After the invader's victory, ruby mines will spawn near the defending side's capital. Both sides can gather from them.

6.「Armory Assaults」Event Time Adjusted (Effective Since Next Week)
- Before: Registration phase was on Wednesday and Thursday, with the contest phase on Friday.
- After: Registration phase will be on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the contest phase will be on Thursday.

7.「Black Gold Battlefield」
- Significantly increased personal battlefield points earned from occupying buildings and gathering from oil tanks.

8. Other
- The beta test for the Resource Aid feature has ended, and the official version is now live. When using the VIP10-exclusive Resource Aid function to assist allies, 10% of the resource amount will be deducted as a tax fee with each aid.
- Equipment with a Promotion Level of ≤14 can be consumed for equipment promotions.
