    Feature:

    • The Retainer Invoice module is now available for users of the Mexico edition.
    • We have enabled support for Yodlee bank feeds, excluding UK and EU regions.
    • In the USA, tax support has been expanded from sales to purchase transactions.
    • Added support for Use Tax to simplify tax compliance for out-of-state purchases, available exclusively in the USA.
    • Added support to manage opening balances for customers and vendors, including write-off, and cancel write-off options.
    • Introducing Payment Retention in the USA, Canada, KSA, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar editions of Zoho Books! You can now set aside a percentage of the amount on invoices or bills to receive or pay later. Record the amount once the contract terms are fulfilled.
    To enable Payment Retention in Zoho Books, go to Settings > General Preferences > Payment Retention > and toggle Enable this option to allow your customers to retain a part of their total invoice amount. Once enabled, you can add, edit, or delete a retention, configure a retention in either invoices or bills, create retention claim invoices, and view retention summaries in Zoho Books.


    Patch:

    • Users of the Mexico edition can now cancel e-invoices directly within the system.
    • Added support for outstanding filter options in Customer Statements.
    • Enhanced payment entries with support for branches, transaction series, and payment numbers.
