We’re aware that budget periods have been a bit buggy recently, and we are working hard to resolve these issues. In this update, we’ve fixed the following:
- Fixed: Savings transactions were not being counted as expenses, leading to incorrect balance calculations.
- Fixed: Biweekly budget periods now work better across different time zones.
- Fixed: Income transactions from savings wallets are no longer incorrectly counted as savings.
- Fixed: Opening the Budget Settings view multiple times no longer causes memory leaks.
- Fixed: Very short budget periods are now handled correctly in the Calendar View.

This week, we’re focusing on quality improvements to make Buddy work more seamlessly for you.
- Fixed: When adding a transaction from the Calendar View, the transaction list now updates automatically to include it.
- Fixed: Weekly budgets now respect regional settings for the first day of the week.
- Fixed: Filtering transactions by week now respects regional settings for the first day of the week.
- Fixed: Biweekly budget dates are now more consistent across the app and respect regional settings for the first day of the week.
